Carole will be by your side supporting you through your personalised package, helping you to:

  • Learn to forget short-term diets and think over the longer term
  • Find out what foods you need to eat (or avoid!) and why
  • Discover how to fit healthy eating into your lifestyle
  • Learn how to make exercise work for you - even if you hate it!
  • Deal with health and other issues that prevent weight loss
  • Plan for a life-long approach to healthy living

This is not a diet – it is an integrated approach to keeping yourself healthy, fit and well for the rest of your life. The course will equip you with the strategies you need to go forward in steady steps towards a new and healthier way of living. You will have Carole’s personal time and attention to help you make the changes in your life



Week 1 (1hr)

  • Introduction to Good Habits
  • Weigh in and realistic goal setting
  • Fitting activity into your life
  • How to adapt and accept changes for the coming week
  • Ownership and the way forward

Week 2 (45mins)

  • Weigh in
  • Progress so far
  • Hurdles and difficult moments
  • Plan for the week ahead

Weeks 3-6 (45mins)

  • Weigh in, weekly review and feedback
  • Your choice of areas you would like covered (motivation, shopping know-how, cooking tips, emotional eating, family foods, eating out, food group awareness or what you would like to be covered it is your time)
  • The way forward
