At 59, I’m Granny age, but because we got married late and then adopted my children are still in their teens. I was so thrilled to have lost weight that when I went on leave in the summer I adopted various strategies to help maintain it. I tried to make the wise choices that Carole talked about at our last meeting, but as I spent most of my holiday in Spain, where the vino flowed and the paella beckoned, I found that a bit difficult at times.
