Welcome back! I hope you’ve all had a good summer.
I don’t know about you but I always feel as though September in Dubai is the start of a new year and it’s when I make some new year resolutions and goals.
The first objective I guess is to get back into a routine and back to some ‘good habits’ as far as your eating plan is concerned. Doesn’t it feel good when you get back on track and know you are eating wholesome, nutritional food?
The second thought is possibly (hopefully) about getting some exercise in order to lose weight and get fit (or fitter).
