Thank you for your good wishes. I could not have done it without your support and expertise. You have thoroughly educated me ..

Since I moved to Dubai my lifestyle changed so much, meeting new people all the time, and getting together for drinks going out for dinner etc.I knew I had to change something because my weight was creeping up.

I have tried many weight loss schemes in the past including Weight Watcher’s who I even worked for! Your method and more important your counselling is a winner.

You have taught me that if I give my body what it needs in a balanced day, then the cravings are satisfied.

The dress I will wear to my son’s wedding is a knockout, thanks to you! I will send pictures of before and after. (I do not have many “before” pictures)
