Joanne got to goal today having lost 12lbs. Joanne originally lost 33 lbs with Good Habits but after a back injury found the weight started to creep back on. She advises to dont delay come back straight away if weight has gone on and get the support to get to goal. We think you look fab Jo. Hit LIKE if you do too!

Bulgur wheat, onions and red pepper cooked in a tomato sauce. Delicious! Also prefect cold too.
