This is my niece…..she is wearing my dress which was mine when I was 18

Now, I know i am never going to fit into that dress again ….but I realised this week I have lots of clothes in my wardrobe which I cannot fit into ….lots of beautiful dresses which look lonely left on the hanger.

THANKS to Carol's support and one on one instruction this week, she has given me a kick start I needed to get back on track. I had been hiding and kidding myself that it didn't matter that the pounds were creeping back on …..who was i fooling ? yes just myself !

Directly after the good habits meeting

1/ I went and brought healthy foods to fill my fridge. I visited the organic shop and brought some amazing tasty things .

2/ I phoned my hubby to ask for his help. I told him I am now the heaviest I have ever been in my life. In fact when he asked me what weight, I told him i was too embarrassed to tell him. ( another reason to loose weight)

3/ Went home and got on my exercise bike and did some simple but achievable floor exercises

4/ Next day made the good habits soup….and plenty for me to eat this week and got back on my exercise bike

5/ Wrote my diary, weighed my food and planned for the rest of the week

6/ Today ( friday, which i normally give myself the day off from good habits) I went to the gym early , spent 1 hour on the treadmill and 30 mins on weights……I feel better already

If you are in a rut, feel like you are not really trying hard, wondering why your clothes don't feel good…….take a long hard think about things ……you can do it ! I am not stopping now until i reach my goal for xmas
