Happy Halloween! Kerry sent us this pic of the pumpkin soup she made from the original Good Habits cookbook. I made this soup this week too, yummy if I say so myself. 10 out of 10 for effort Kerry, HIT LIKE if you agree

Lynn sends a pic of her salad, she is determined to get her 7-9 per day! Low fat cottage cheese 90 g , green leaves including mint leaves , shredded cabbage and carrot , cucumber , yellow tomatoes , one low cal whole meal wrap ( 60 kal)
